Customer's satisfaction and product/service quality are one of our top priorities. In order to ensure this in the long term we implemented a quality management system. We are proud to say that we are certified from an independent certifier (TÜV Thuringia) since 2007 according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

The Company's quality management system was reviewed in connection with a follow-up audit in Septeber 2011 under ISO 9001:2008. The audit was passed. A new certificate was issued.
