Vacuum Gauge Inspection

Vacuum gauges are sometimes heavy contaminated and should constantly checked and cleaned. We clean, repair and calibrate different vacuum gauges like Pirani, Penning or Bayard-Alpert. Before these vacuum gauges are leaving our house we do a complete leak- and functional test. Only after the successful test we will ship the gauges. Each vacuum gauges comes along with a test certificate.

We are able to test from small parts up to bigger vacuum chambers. A reliable and precise testing method is our helium leak detector and mass spectrometer. Only with this testing method we will get a reliable result. After testing you will get a certified documentation of the results.
